MCP server privacy policy
This policy applies to the KORKİMYA product catalogue MCP server (com.korkimya/catalog) at https://korkimya.com/mcp. Last updated: 18 October 2026.
The service
The server provides read-only access to KORKİMYA's public product catalogue (product names, CAS/UN numbers, technical data, packaging, product page and TDS links, company contact details). No account, authentication or API key is needed. The tools submit nothing, change no records and do not ask for personal data.
What we log
To operate the service and prevent abuse we log: the request type (initialize or tool call), the MCP client name and version the client reports (e.g. Claude, Cursor), the protocol version, the name of the tool called, the response language and the first 80 characters of the User-Agent header. We do not log tool arguments such as search text or product slugs.
Usage statistics
Aggregate usage statistics (request type, client name and version, tool name, language, protocol version) are kept in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine. They contain no IP address and no query text.
IP address and rate limiting
To prevent abuse, requests are limited to 60 per minute per IP address. The IP address is used only as a temporary counter key, and the counter expires automatically within two minutes.
Infrastructure provider
The server runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard request information such as IP address and country to deliver and protect the service. Application logs are kept for a limited period (up to 7 days) and usage statistics for up to 3 months.
Cookies and sharing
The server sets no cookies. We do not sell data or use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties other than our infrastructure provider. Please do not put personal data in queries.
Quote and SDS requests
The request_quote and request_sds tools only return how to reach the Sales Department; they do not submit a form. You send your request yourself through the contact page or by email, and that information is handled under the KORKİMYA general privacy policy.
