KORKİMYA processes your personal data on the basis of one or more of the conditions set out in Article 5 of the KVKK and in line with the data processing principles set out in Article 4 of the KVKK. In this context, your personal data may be processed:

(i) for the purpose of providing the Website without disruption and ensuring its security, on the legal ground of the existence of a legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,
(ii) for the purpose of fulfilling the requests you submit through the Website and establishing communication, on the legal ground of the conclusion or performance of a contract,
(iii) for the purposes of resolving disputes, asserting or defending legal claims and meeting the burden of proof, on the legal ground that processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,

Your personal data is kept accurate and up to date as needed for the above purposes, used in a manner that is connected, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which it is processed, and retained for a reasonable storage period determined in accordance with the law.

In line with the purposes set out above, KORKİMYA may, in certain cases, transfer your personal data to third parties in accordance with the legislation, in particular Article 8 of the Law, on the legal grounds of performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, overriding legitimate interest or your explicit consent.

to request that your personal data be erased or destroyed when the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist
to object to any outcome that is to your detriment arising from analysis of the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems
to claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data
