Within the limits of the KOR KİMYA PAZARLAMA VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ Website Personal Data Processing Privacy Notice brought to your attention by KOR KİMYA PAZARLAMA VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("KORKİMYA") in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), where your explicit consent is present, your personal data may be processed for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities, within the following scope:

(i) where you have given consent under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, your contact information such as email address and mobile phone number may be used to maintain communication, advertising and marketing activities with you, including informing you about newly released products and campaigns, and to contact you for any commercial or non-commercial purpose,
(ii) for the management of data held by KORKİMYA, the determination and execution of commercial and business strategies, the distribution of emails, and for research and analysis purposes, including the management of brand and product promotions and certain services and features.

Within this scope, your personal data is collected, processed, stored electronically for a limited period, transferred to suppliers and third parties from whom services are received for the purpose of processing or storage, observing the measures required by the legislation, and shared with the relevant third parties to the extent necessary, in compliance with data protection and security measures.

In this context, I confirm with my explicit consent that I grant explicit consent under the KVKK for my personal data to be processed for the purposes set out above; and that the data processing activities described above will be continued by KORKİMYA unless I request the deletion, anonymisation or destruction of my personal data.
