Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
to learn whether your personal data is being processed
to request information regarding such processing if your personal data has been processed, and to learn to whom it has been disclosed
to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
to know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred
to request that your personal data be corrected if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request that this correction be notified to the third parties concerned
to request that your personal data be erased or destroyed when the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, and to request that this be notified to the third parties concerned
to object to any outcome that is to your detriment arising from analysis of the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems
to claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data
Method of Application
To exercise your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may:
By post: send a written and signed application by registered mail to Barbaros Mahallesi, Kardelen Sokak, Palladium Tower, D:2/1, 34746 Ataşehir/İstanbul.
In person: deliver your application in person to the same address.
Your applications will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with KVKK Article 13, and the response will be provided to you in writing or by electronic means. Where the request entails an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.

Within the scope of the Privacy Notice presented to you by KORKİMYA in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") regarding the processing of personal data on the KOR KİMYA PAZARLAMA VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ website, where your explicit consent is given, your personal data may be processed for marketing purposes within the following scope:
(i) where you have given consent under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, your contact information such as email address and mobile phone number may be used to communicate with you, to carry out advertising and marketing activities, including informing you about new products and campaigns, and to contact you for any commercial and non-commercial purpose,
(ii) for the management of data held by KORKİMYA, the determination and execution of commercial and business strategies, the distribution of emails, brand and product promotions for research and analysis purposes, and the management of certain services and features.
In this context, your personal data is collected, processed, stored electronically for a limited period, transferred to suppliers and third-party service providers for processing or storage in compliance with the measures required by law, and shared with the relevant third parties to the extent necessary, with due regard to data protection and security measures.
I hereby give my explicit consent under the KVKK to the processing of my personal data for the purposes set out above; and I confirm with my explicit consent that, unless I request the deletion, anonymisation or destruction of my personal data, KORKİMYA may continue with the data processing activities described above.
