What is liquid chlorinated paraffin and what is it used for?
Liquid chlorinated paraffin (chloroparaffin, formula CnH2n+2-xClx) is a chlorinated liquid used as a secondary plasticiser and flame retardant in PVC and other polymer formulations. XP-52 is used in PVC plasticiser production for the cable industry, XP-470 A1/A2 as a secondary plasticiser in light-coloured polymers, XP-470 B in dark-coloured compositions and lubricants, XP-250 as a leather processing oil, and XP-418 in filler and waterproofing materials.
What packaging is available and how fast is delivery?
Liquid chlorinated paraffin is offered in steel drums, polyethylene drums, customer-owned steel packaging, heated-jacket tank cars, road tankers and special steel containers. We hold local stock in Istanbul, so XP-52, XP-250, XP-470 and XP-418 grades ship ex-stock; bulk requests are scheduled by tanker or container.

Yes. Liquid chlorinated paraffin is registered under KKDIK (Turkey's REACH) and every shipment includes a current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and certificate of analysis (CoA). Store in airtight steel containers in unheated enclosed areas; shelf life is 3 months for XP-470 B, 6 months for XP-250 and 12 months for XP-52 and the other grades.
