Key features

Why this product?

  • Combustible; observe warehouse fire safety rules. [2] Typical properties measured on standard injection moulded specimens according to ISO 294-1; not to be used as specification.
  • [2] Typical properties measured on standard injection moulded test specimen according to ISO 294-1.
  • Special molecular structure: broad processing window; stiff films, high elasticity during processing; stable uniform melt flow, very good outer-layer adhesion, no orientation breakage; low haze, high gloss and excellent mechanical properties.
  • Polymers exempt from REACH registration; monomers and relevant additives registered.
  • Producer commits to only REACH-compliant raw materials.
  • As of August 2025, no specifically identified SVHC >0.1%.
  • Compliance/safety: DDS.
  • PP homopolymer; no slip or antiblocking agent or calcium stearate.
  • If high humidity/fluctuating temperatures cause condensation in packaging, drying pellets before use is recommended.
  • Suitable for recycling using modern methods.
  • Keep in-house production waste clean to facilitate direct recycling.
  • Heat-treated pooling pallets are collected for reuse; remain provider property.
  • Homopolymer for high-speed BOPPF lines; special molecular structure provides a broad processing window.
  • Films have very good stiffness, while the grade is very elastic during processing.
  • Stable and uniform melt flow, very good adhesion to outer layers, no breakage during orientation, excellent optical properties: low haze and high gloss.
  • Produced BOPPF have excellent mechanical properties.
  • Contains neither slip nor antiblocking agent and calcium stearate.
  • See DDS.
  • See MSDS.
  • High humidity and fluctuating temperatures can cause atmospheric moisture to condense inside packing.
  • Heat-treated pooling pallets are collected after use for reuse and remain property of the pallet provider.
  • MFR test conditions: 230 °C, 2.16 kg. [2] Tensile stress at yield, tensile strain at yield, flexural modulus, Izod impact strength (notched, 23 °C) and HDT (0.45 MPa, flatwise) are measured on standard injection-moulded test specimens according to ISO 294-1.
