Versatile chemical from the tertiary amino alcohol group · used in water-based paints, varnishes and metallic-pigmented coating systems for pH neutralisation and stabilisation · serves as catalyst in polyurethane production, hardener in epoxy resins, corrosion inhibitor and boiler water additive · used as a component in detergents, degreasers, preservatives, coolants and hydraulic fluid formulations · employed as absorbent for the removal of CO2 and H2S from gas streams · used in the pharmaceutical sector as intermediate in the synthesis of procaine, procaine penicillin G and tamoxifen, and in agrochemistry as raw material for herbicides
Include your formulation, acceptance criteria and trial conditions in the request. A sample lets you evaluate compatibility and process performance in your system; catalog values alone do not guarantee final application performance.
Packaging: 180 kg steel drum (216.5 L), 1000 kg IBC tank or bulk by tanker
Storage: Store in original sealed packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and ignition sources. Keep isolated from acids, oxidising agents and copper/copper alloys. Storage temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C. Since it absorbs carbon dioxide to form carbonates, the packaging must be kept tightly closed.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture
