Recommended for flexible PU foam production using continuous and discontinuous technologies. Suitable for low- and high-density flexible PU foam formulations, with or without auxiliary blowing agent. Contains BHT free antioxidant and anti-scorching additive.

Storage
Store dry, at processing temperature, in well-sealed containers, away from direct sunlight. Below 10 °C, increased viscosity may cause pipeline transport problems. Long-term storage above 60 °C is not recommended due to thermal degradation risk.

- Appearance: Free of solid material
- Hygroscopic; avoid moisture ingress. Keep away from open flame. Spills may cause slipping hazards; prevent contact with surface water and groundwater. Remove large spills with pumps and small spills with a suitable absorber.
- Generally nonflammable, but may burn under some conditions; extinguish with water, CO₂ or powder. Combustion may form CO₂, unidentified organic/inorganic products and toxic gases such as CO; firefighters must use self-contained breathing apparatus. Not considered hazardous. Wash eye/skin contact with plenty of water; obtain prompt medical attention for eye irritation.
