Store under dry conditions at the processing temperature, in well-sealed containers away from direct sunlight. Below 10 °C, increased viscosity may cause pipeline transport problems. Long-term storage above 60 °C is not recommended due to thermal degradation risk.

- Appearance: Free of solid material
- Hygroscopic; avoid moisture ingress. Keep away from open flame. Spills may cause slipping; prevent contact with surface water and groundwater. Do not inhale or swallow. Rinse skin or eyes with plenty of water after contact; seek prompt medical attention for eye contact.
