Key features

Why this product?

  • Can be processed on standard injection moulding machines. Combustible; observe fire rules for combustible materials in warehouses. If condensation occurs, drying pellets before use is recommended.
  • Protect from UV and temperatures above 40 °C. 25 kg PE bags; shrink/stretch-wrapped pallets: 1375 kg polymer. Road or rail silo transportation is also available.
  • [2] Standard injection moulded specimens per ISO 294-1. [12] Standard injection moulded specimens prepared by internal method. [F] Press moulded specimen: 356 × 73 × 2.1–2.4 mm; horizontal position. Typical values are not specifications.
  • Compounding then injection moulding for automotive use; exceptional impact resistance below zero and very good impact/stiffness balance.
  • Heavy applications often need no rubber modifier; blends allow more regranulate without loss of impact properties, making the material economically attractive.
  • Applications are recommendations; users must test final-article suitability and regulations such as food contact.
  • Processed on standard injection machines.
  • Combustible; observe warehouse fire rules.
  • High humidity and fluctuating temperatures may cause condensation inside packaging; dry before use if it occurs.
  • Heat-treated pooled pallets are collected for reuse and remain the provider’s property.
  • Suitable for modern recycling; keep in-house waste clean for direct recycling.
  • Source: August 2025.
  • Polymers are REACH-exempt; monomers/relevant additives registered.
  • Only REACH-compliant raw materials used; no identified SVHC >0.1%.
  • Product compliance/safety: DDS; MSDS on request.
  • Exceptional high impact resistance even at minus temperatures and very good impact/stiffness balance.
  • A rubber modifier is often unnecessary to improve impact performance in heavy applications.
  • Blends allow higher regranulate content without deterioration of impact properties.
  • Applications are recommendations; users must test suitability and regulatory compliance (e.g. food contact).
