Detailed application areas
Extrusion blow molding; alternative to 7300B. Bottles and cans up to 200 liters for non-aggressive household chemicals, cosmetics and oils; non-pressure and corrugated pipes. Shall not be used for medical, pharmaceutical, food, drinking water applications or toys.
Packaging & storage
Packaging
Big-bags or 25 kg PE bags; shrink/stretch-wrapped pallets. Bags may have adhesive to prevent slipping.
Storage
Protect from UV and temperatures above 40 °C. If condensation occurs under high humidity and fluctuating temperatures, dry before use.

Why this product?
- TYPICAL PROPERTIES: NOT TO BE USED AS SPECIFICATION
- Appearance: Pellets; natural, grey or white
- Recommended processing on standard extrusion blow molding machines: 180–220 °C. Normally no drying needed; if wet, pre-dry about 2 hours at 80 °C. Observe combustible-material fire safety rules. Lift bags first without rotation due to possible adhesive. Mechanical values: ISO 293 compression molded specimens; ISO 291 conditioning at room temperature for 72 hours.
- MATERIAL: High stiffness, melt strength and ESCR; low melt flow and lowered carbon footprint. Special additivation can make repeated recycling possible.
- Recycling is possible using dedicated shredding/cleaning procedures; clean in-house production waste can be directly recycled.
- Mechanical property values are obtained from several measurements.
