Detailed application areas
Extrusion blow molding; alternative to 6000B. Bottles and cans up to 5 litres for non-aggressive household chemicals, cosmetics and oils; non-pressure and corrugated pipes. Shall not be used for medical, pharmaceutical, food, drinking water applications or toys.

Big bags or 25 kg polyethylene bags; shrink- or stretch-wrapped pallets.
Storage
Protect from UV radiation and temperatures above 40 °C. Dry before use if humidity and fluctuating temperatures cause condensation in packaging.

- TYPICAL PROPERTIES · NOT SPECIFICATION
- Appearance: Grey or white pellets
- Recommended processing temperature on standard extrusion blow molding machines: 180–220 °C. Normally no drying is needed; pre-dry wet pellets for about 2 hours at 80 °C. Observe fire rules for combustible materials. Adhesive may be present between bags; lift from pallets first without rotation.
- MATERIAL / NOTE: Mechanical values: ISO 293 compression-molded specimens; ISO 291 conditioning at room temperature for 72 hours.
- Designed for easy processability on standard extrusion blow molding machines.
- Recycling is possible using dedicated shredding/cleaning procedures; clean in-house production waste can be directly recycled.
- Mechanical property values are obtained from several measurements.
