Detailed application areas
Extrusion blow molding: bottles and cans up to 10 litres for non-aggressive household chemicals, cosmetics and oils; alternative to BS 501-17. Suitable for non-pressure and corrugated pipes. Shall not be used for medical, pharmaceutical, food, drinking water applications or toys.

Big-bags or 25 kg PE bags on shrink/stretch-wrapped pallets.
Storage
Protect from UV and >40 °C. High humidity and fluctuating temperatures may cause condensation inside packaging; if condensation occurs, dry pellets before use.

- TYPICAL PROPERTIES · NOT SPECIFICATION
- Appearance: Pellets; grey or white
- Standard extrusion blow molding machines: 180–220 °C. Normally no drying required; if wet, pre-dry about 2 hours at 80 °C. Adhesive may be used between bags; lift first without rotation. Observe fire safety rules for combustible materials.
- TEST NOTES: Typical values are not specifications. Mechanical values: ISO 293 compression-molded specimens; ISO 291, 72 hours at room temperature; several measurements.
- Recycling is possible using dedicated shredding/cleaning procedures; clean in-house production waste can be directly recycled.
