Injection molding; alternative to 1108J for caps and closures, beverage overcaps, kitchen housewares, boxes, crates, trays, engineering and technical parts. Shall not be used for medical, pharmaceutical, food, drinking water applications or toys.

Big-bags or 25 kg polyethylene bags on shrink-wrapped or stretch-wrapped pallets.
Storage
Protect from UV and temperatures above 40 °C. High humidity and fluctuating temperatures may cause condensation inside packaging; drying before use is then recommended.

- Appearance: Black or green pellets
- Recommended processing temperature on standard injection molding machines: 180–220 °C. Normally no drying is necessary; if wet during transport/storage, pre-drying for about 2 hours at 80 °C is recommended. Observe fire safety rules for combustible materials. Adhesive may be present between bags; lift first without rotation.
- MATERIAL / TEST: UV resistance, lowered carbon footprint; special additivation enables repeated recycling. Mechanical tests: ISO 294-1 injection molded specimens, conditioned at room temperature for 72 h (ISO 291).
- Mechanical property values from several measurements on standard injection molded specimens.
- Designed for easy processability on standard injection molding machines.
- Recycling is possible using dedicated shredding/cleaning procedures; clean in-house production waste can be directly recycled.
