Key features

Why this product?

  • Combustible; observe fire safety rules. Lift bags first without rotation. [3] ISO 293 pressed specimens; ISO 291 room-temperature conditioning. [11] Film: 0.07 mm for MFR 0.3, 0.04 mm for MFR >0.3; blow-up ratio 2:1.
  • 25 kg PE bags; shrink- or stretch-wrapped pallets, 1375 kg polymer. Road or rail silo transportation is also available.
  • Conventional extrusion is suitable.
  • Observe combustible-material fire rules.
  • Lift anti-slip adhesive-bound bags without rotation.
  • [11] MD/TD film: 0.07 mm for MFR=0.3, 0.04 mm for MFR>0.3; blow-up ratio 2:1.
  • Recyclable by modern methods; keep production waste clean for direct recycling.
  • LDPE copolymer; good molten stability, excellent processability and film mechanical/optical properties
  • High humidity/temperature fluctuations may cause condensation inside packaging; dry before use.
  • 25 kg PE bags; shrink/stretch-wrapped pallets, 1375 kg polymer.
  • Road/rail silo transport available.
  • Heat-treated PRS (Faber Halbertma Group) pallets are collected for reuse after use; ownership remains with PRS.
  • Product compliance/safety: see DDS.
  • At source date, polymer is REACH registration-exempt; monomers/relevant additives are registered, only REACH-compliant raw materials are used; no identified SVHC >0.1%.
