Detailed application areas
Extrusion blow moulding; alternative to BS 501-17. Bottles and cans up to 10 litres for non-aggressive household chemicals, cosmetics and oils; non-pressure and corrugated pipes. Must not be used for medical, pharmaceutical, food, drinking water or toy applications.

Packaging
Big-bags or 25 kg polyethylene bags on shrink- or stretch-wrapped pallets.
Storage
Protect from UV and temperatures above 40 °C. Dry before use if moisture condenses inside packaging under high humidity and fluctuating temperatures.

- TYPICAL PROPERTIES · NOT A SPECIFICATION
- Appearance: Grey or white pellets
- Standard extrusion blow moulding machines: 180–220 °C. Drying is normally unnecessary; if wet, pre-dry for about 2 hours at 80 °C. Lift bags before rotating; adhesive may be present between bags. Observe fire rules for combustible materials. Mechanical values: ISO 293 compression moulded specimens, conditioned at room temperature for 72 hours (ISO 291).
- Recycling is possible using dedicated shredding/cleaning procedures; clean in-house production waste can be directly recycled.
