Detailed application areas
Injection molding; alternative to 1100J for caps and closures, beverage overcaps, kitchen housewares, boxes, crates, trays, engineering and technical parts. Shall not be used for medical, pharmaceutical, food or drinking water applications or toys.
Packaging & storage
Packaging
Big-bags or 25 kg polyethylene bags, transported on shrink/stretch-wrapped pallets. Adhesive may be used between bags to prevent slipping.
Storage
Do not expose to UV radiation or temperatures above 40 °C. High humidity and fluctuating temperatures may cause condensation in packaging; dry pellets before use.

- TYPICAL PROPERTIES: NOT TO BE USED AS SPECIFICATION
- Appearance: Black or green pellets
- Standard injection molding machines; recommended processing temperature 180–220 °C. Normally no drying required; if wet, pre-dry for about 2 hours at 80 °C. Observe fire safety rules for combustible materials. Lift adhesive-bound bags from pallets without rotation first. Mechanical values measured on ISO 294-1 injection molded specimens conditioned at room temperature for 72 hours (ISO 291).
- MATERIAL: 30% post-consumer recyclate (PCR); lowered carbon footprint. Special additivation enables repeated recycling. Dedicated shredding/cleaning is possible; clean in-house production waste can be directly recycled.
- Designed for easy processability on standard injection molding machines.
