Injection moulding; alternative to 1108J: caps and closures, beverage overcaps, kitchen housewares, boxes, crates, trays, engineering and technical parts. Shall not be used for medical, pharmaceutical, food, drinking water applications or toys.
Packaging & storage
Packaging
Big-bags or 25 kg PE bags on shrink/stretch-wrapped pallets. Adhesive may be present between bags; lift first without rotation.
Storage
Protect from UV and temperatures above 40 °C. Humidity and temperature changes may cause condensation; drying pellets before use is recommended.

- TYPICAL PROPERTIES: NOT TO BE USED AS SPECIFICATION
- Appearance: Black or green pellets
- Recommended processing temperature on standard injection moulding machines: 180–220 °C. Drying normally unnecessary; if wet, pre-drying about 2 hours at 80 °C is recommended. Observe combustible-material fire safety rules. Mechanical measurements: ISO 294-1 injection moulded specimens, conditioned at room temperature for 72 hours (ISO 291).
- MATERIAL: 30% post-consumer recyclate; high impact resistance, lowered carbon footprint. Special additivation enables repeated recycling.
- Designed for easy processability.
